We are seeking experienced Barista/Store Supervisor and chef/cook to join our team at BP Walpole – Green Eats Café in Walpole, Western Australia. These permanent full‑time roles lead our FOH operations and support the overall running of the store and cafe.
Barista/Supervisor/Console Operator
We are looking for a Barista with a background in coffee or experience working in a busy cafe environment. Having worked in a similar position is preferred - however all are welcome to apply.
To be successfull we are looking for team players who can balance:
Fast‑paced service — Work efficiently and calmly in a busy café/roadhouse environment.
Operational support — Assist the Store Manager with daily operations as well as the kitchen team to ensure smooth running of all areas of the business.
Store presentation — Maintain high standards of cleanliness and presentation.
Customer engagement — Deliver excellent service and build strong relationships with regular customers.
Team reliability — Support a reliable, punctual team culture.
Initiative — Take proactive action without needing direction
2+ years barista or supervisory experience in hospitality preferred
Strong barista skills including coffee preparation, milk texturing, consistency, and workflow.
Leadership ability with strong customer service skills.
Calm under pressure, able to juggle multiple tasks.
Flexibility, including early mornings and weekend availability.
