Hi everyone just wanted to say thanks for all your support and opinions as we do appreciate it even the ones we may not agree with we still respect it is your opinion and everyone is entitled to their’s 😊…. we have had a few people private messaging asking about other surcharges so i thought it appropriate to put it on here for everyone …
Credit Card surcharge….. No we don’t
Public holiday surcharge …. No we don’t at the moment and hopefully we can hold off putting it on .Hope everyone has a great day .🍓🍓🍓

Hey guys we have had drama’s again please understand we are a business and if you want to bring a cake into the cafe to share then we do have a surcharge.
It doesn’t matter if it’s big or small whether you bring your own plates or even clean up all the mess it’s still a $15 surcharge .
I may be wrong but to me it’s common sense to call the business and check with them if you are allowed to bring a cake and if they have a surcharge before you go .
Refusing to pay is just disrespectful and puts stress on staff that they just don’t need
I want to thank my supervisors who handled this situation today with both composure and respect you both make me so proud to be your employer and friend.
