For summer u can have:

Breakfast menu
8 am to 10 am booking essential
Foul madamas with Lebanese bread
Gf pancake with cream and fruit
French toast
Labney, homemade olives and green zaatar salad with Lebanese bread
Scrabbled eggs with tomatoes on toast
Eggs and zucchini scrabbled on toast
Oregano and sesame seeds ( dried zaatar and olive oil ) on two pieces of toast.
Kishik ( dried powdered yoghurt and dried powdered wheat made into savoury porridge ) with Lebanese bread!
Muesli porridge with crushed almonds or fruit
Hot manoush b ‘ Zaatar bread
Mozzarella cheese bread

Lunch and dinner for individuals or group

Summer Lebanese salads like fattouch and tabouli and falafel salad!
