Rain, hail or shine, we are at EPIC and today is no exception. Our danishes have been flying out. Today we’ve got apricot and peach variety plus a chocolate option. As always, fresh handmade GF artisan bread without gum, seed oil, soy, corn, nut, refined sugar or preservatives, and a sweet range safe for coeliacs with low carb, diabetics, dairy free, nut free, and vegan options.

Going out could be challenging on a rainy day. Visit our Belconnen cafe for a cozy cup of coffee and real nice treat.

Officially moved in and we are open😊

Cafe soft opening today. Come and check out our new space. It’s right behind where we were. Entrance near Sea Harvest and Florence Gelato. We will need a little time to adjust to the new space and make more products available before the grand opening.

Fresh GF artisan bread, pastries, cakes and savouries for coeliac, diabetics, low carb, keto, dairy free, nut free, and vegan crowds.

Cafe soft opening tomorrow (Wed 30 Sep)

We have officially moved into the cafe space and will open door tomorrow at 8am.

It'll be a soft opening and we will have the same product range as before. We will need a little time to adjust to the new space and add more products before the grand opening.

Entrance near Florence Gelato and Sea Harvest. Look forward to welcoming you at the cafe 🙂

GF Danish square fresh out of the oven and free from gum, nut, soy, refined sugar and preservatives. It’s been exciting in the kitchen since Vaan started on pastry last week and learn from every round of baking. And now we have this deliciously crunchy and flaky treat for your morning tea. Of course these will be available at the cafe which is open very soon. If you visit us this week, go around the corner and have a peak inside. Almost there 😊

We’ve had a lot of people having trouble finding us at the market. We are right next to Three Mills Bakery and the sushi shop. The cafe entrance will be near the gelato place. Hope this helps.

Here it is: GF Danish free from gum, soy, egg, refined sugar & preservatives and food additives. Simply our own flour blend, grass fed butter and the topping. Crispy on the outside and lovely soft layers in the middle. They were flying out this morning and will have more tomorrow 😊

Crispy & flaky bites

New product alert: Mini crisp and flaky bites (GF, egg free, soy free, nut free, refined sugar free). These are the fruit of our early attempt at making gluten free croissants. Here is the tricky bit: without gum.

If you look at gluten free pastry ingredients, gum is a common ingredient. We’ve been successfully avoiding it in our bread and pastry simply because we don’t believe it is the best thing to have for health. And now Vaan has set his attention to the ultimate comforting pastry and will continue working on the recipe.

Until then, we have those delightful crispy and flaky bites that are almost addictive.
