Vietfood will be closed for Easter from Saturday until Monday so our team can enjoy the holiday with their families.

We understand it’s frustrating to arrive and find us closed, and we’re sorry for the inconvenience. We always try to announce closures in advance, and in this case it was communicated beforehand. But Nadine’M decided to give us a one-star review for this, isn’t it a bit unfair?

As a small family-run business, there are times we need to make tough decisions due to staffing and personal commitments, and we will always support our team to put family and wellbeing first. And I’m certainly this will not be the only time.

Since Uber Eats has chosen not to take action, we’re sharing this to warn other businesses.

While waiting inside our restaurant, an Uber Eats delivery driver took cash from our tip jar. The incident was captured on CCTV.

We’ve reported this through official channels but received no resolution. Please stay alert and protect your staff and business.
