Can you believe it has been a year!

I don't know how to put that into words!

Thanks to everyone who has supported me and the team and the business. It means so much!!!

It has been very exciting and exhausting at the same time!

I'm pretty stocked to mention that at this year Great Aussie Pie Competition, Bremen Patisserie received 8 awards from 8 entries

Gold medal 🏅 for Butter Chicken
Gold medal 🏅 for Sausage roll
Silver medal 🥈 for Smokey BBQ brisket
Silver medal 🥈 for Pulled lamb
Silver medal 🥈 for Chicken and Mushroom
Silver medal 🥈 for Broccoli and cauliflower
Bronze medal 🥉 Chunky steak
Bronze medal 🥉 Plain pie

Such a massive exhibition put on by Fine Foods in conjunction with the Great Aussie Pie Competition. They put on such an amazing event. It's hard to grasp how it's even possible!

I traveled to Melbourne and back over 2 and a half days and I am exhausted!! It was quite overwhelming which I didn't expect and I'm still trying to get my barings back after returning. Thank you to my team at Bremens for making sure everything ran smoothly while I was a way. It was the one thing I didn't have to stress about while I was away. It so greatly appreciated!!

I cant wait to put up my awards in the shop once I receive them!!
