12 years ago…..Saray started as a humble little corner shop with just a handful of tables, a lot of hard work, and a dream to share the warmth of Turkish hospitality with our community.

Today, that small corner shop has grown into a bustling restaurant and supermarket, but one thing has never changed: our passion for bringing people together through great food, culture, and connection.

To every customer, family, friend, and team member who has been part of this journey, thank you. Your support, loyalty, and countless shared meals have made these 12 years possible.

It holds the meat firmly, helps it cook evenly, and gives the chef full control over the charcoal.
