The Sweet P team is not entirely certain of the official name for these cakes, but my children and I have affectionately dubbed this one the "squiggly strawberry cake." It is truly beautiful in every aspect and, most importantly, absolutely delicious. It certainly evokes a very organic feeling, with its fresh flowers and delightful strawberries, perhaps hinting at the arrival of spring!
