Eleven years of early mornings, flour-dusted benches, and pouring everything we have into every single thing we make and you voted us the best bakery in Queensland. From a little shop on Campbell Street in Toowoomba to QLDâs best!
To our team this one is for you. The artisans who show up before the sun does, who obsess over every layer, every fold, every detail. Who care as much about what comes out of that kitchen as we do. We would be absolutely nothing without you and donât you forget it.
And to our community this is yours too. Every single person who voted, who walked through our doors, who told a friend, who has been part of what weâve built here. We are nothing without you either and we mean that.
