Need something to do mid-week? We've got just the thing!

Join us this Wednesday night at Flaming Knights for our very first Open Mic Comedy Night, hosted by the hilarious Aaron Ducker. Come down, grab an All You Can Eat BBQ feast, a cold drink, and get ready for a night packed full of laughs.

Whether you're keen to jump on the mic yourself or just sit back and enjoy the entertainment, it's going to be a fantastic night with plenty of local talent taking the stage.

We're excited to bring live comedy to Flaming Knights and, if the support is there, we'd love to make these nights a regular feature on our calendar.

So round up your mates, bring your appetite and your sense of humour, and join us for a night of low & slow BBQ and big laughs!

After the absolute smashing we received at lunch today, plus our private function tonight, we’ve had to make the call to stop takeaway orders for this evening.

This is quickly becoming one of our absolute favourite events each week. Seeing so many amazing people come together to hang out, have fun, and just enjoy each other’s company is something pretty special. Whether it’s a game of pool 🎱, belting out some karaoke 🎤, or getting competitive over board games 🎲 – there’s always plenty of laughs.

Flaming Knights is on the hunt for a qualified chef to join our team! Come be part of Toowoomba’s only dedicated smokehouse venue and work in a fun, fast-paced, relaxed environment with a team that loves great food.

👨‍🍳 Qualified Chef Position
✅ 4-day working week
✅ Great salary package
✅ Fun & relaxed team environment
✅ Weekend & night work required
✅ Ability to work independently and as part of a team
✅ Knowledge of smoked meats is an advantage (but training will be provided!)

THANK YOU TO EVERYONE ❤️

A massive thank you to everyone who joined us for our very first Mother’s Day at Flaming Knights today. The turnout was absolutely incredible and it was amazing seeing so many happy faces, full bellies and families celebrating together.

A huge shoutout and thank you to our superstar Manager Bianca for all the hard work and effort that went into making today happen. The day simply wouldn’t have been possible without everything she organised behind the scenes.

Big thanks as well to the talented Clayton Jay & Dani for the awesome live music throughout the day, FairyLand Faces for the amazing face painting, and Playful Adventures for keeping the kids entertained with fun activities.

Today is all about celebrating the women who do it all — the mums, grandmothers, step mums, mother figures and all the amazing ladies who constantly put everyone else first. From the early mornings and late nights, to the endless love, support and sacrifices, today is a reminder of just how much you are appreciated. We hope your day is filled with love, laughter, great food and special memories with family and friends.

At Flaming Knights, we’re proud to be celebrating with so many wonderful families today, and we can’t wait to help make Mother’s Day extra special for everyone joining us 🔥
