This one has been the sleeper hit of the new menu.

Think mezcal negroni, but with a touch more sweetness and some rich depth from the amaro, cacao, and wattleseed. The perfect elegant sipper on these colder nights.

The reception to this one has been crazy so far!

Based on a classic French Apple Tarte Tatin, this old fashioned style cocktail is silky smooth with beautiful pastry notes, caramelised orchard fruit and rich nuttiness.

NEW COCKTAILS HAVE LAUNCHED!

We’ve got a brand new list of seasonal cocktails on the menu and we’re kicking it all off today with our brand new weekly special: The Thursday List. All of our menu cocktails will be $18 every Thursday from open to close. We get it, cocktails are bloody expensive in this city at the moment, so come try some banging drinks at a nice price that are perfect for these colder days & nights.

New Weekly Specials at Franklin’s! 🦊

We’re switching up our specials for Winter.

Monday to Wednesday happy hour is now between 6pm-8pm, and you can now grab a house wine on happy hour 🍷

On Thursdays, all of our house cocktails you know and love or maybe haven’t been able to try (we get it - inflation is cooked), will be available all day and night for $18.🍹

Then on Sundays, we’re introducing our house
Bloody Mary for $15. These will be available during the week as well (we’ve been asked enough times to finally start doing them) but we’ve added them to our all day Sunday specials to help you with recovery after a big Saturday night 🍻
