Our William Blue Dining restaurant in The Rocks will be closing its doors in September this year.

So many memories have been made, and careers forged for our hospitality students and alumni, and we celebrate our Sydney locals and visitors who have enjoyed award-winning fine dining offerings and exceptional service from our emerging industry professionals.

We are very proud.

We are currently reviewing and assessing opportunities to deliver culinary or cookery courses in a different format going forward.

Our star in the making who originally was from Perth studying hairdressing, she then moved to Sydney to complete a Bachelor of Culinary Management at Torrens University Australia and is in her final year! She has received a paid position at William Blue Dining, being able to hone her skills.
