PLEASE pre-book

Even if you are:

“from Sydney”
“On holidays”
“Have two kids & a dog”
“It’s raining outside”
“Have driven all this way”
“Looked online 25 minutes ago & saw there were 32 spaces”
“come all the time & never book”

When we call capacity it is for a multitude of reasons

Customer care, satisfaction & experience are our main priorities

If we didn’t care for you we would pack you all in & take your money without any regard for yours & other experience & safety - we care & we care for your experience

Turning people away at the counter is by far THE WORST part of our job

We certainly don’t take pleasure in it

Please please please…if you know you’re coming just pre-book OR at a minimum call ahead to check availability

PLEASE 🙏
