- 🌱Freshly squeezed sugar cane juice (no added sugar, additives, syrups) just 100% sugar cane goodness. So refreshing it’s perfect all year round.

- 🥤Vietnamese Iced Coffee aka “cà phê sữa đá”. Our beans are shipped directly from Vietnam, it’s a combination of a dark/ medium roast. The coffee grinds are dripped through a metal “phin” giving it a unique aromatic taste. It’s paired beautifully with a hearty bowl of pho or a banh mi 😉 whichever your heart desires.

🍲1. Vietnamese Beef Stew (bò kho): packed with tender braised beef chunks, herbs, aromatics (lemongrass and star anise) and vegetables (carrots and potatoes), serve with a crispy baguette. 🥖

🍜2. Hanoi Bún Thang (vermicelli noodles with chicken, eggs and pork): an elegant chicken noodle soup with many layers of flavours from Northern Vietnam, serve with delicious toppings (shredded chicken, eggs, thin pork sausage strips and shiitake mushrooms).

These authentic dishes also pair perfectly well with our sugar cane juice!
