Brazilian Skewer House was born from the shared passion of four friends — an engineer, a surgeon, a chef, and a nutritionist. From completely different professional paths, we all carried the same childhood memory: the scent of firewood smoke, the sound of laughter around a backyard fire, and the unforgettable taste of slow-cooked meat shared with loved ones on our family farms.

Though we came from different parts of the world, our roots are deeply tied to the countryside — where our grandparents taught us the secrets of seasoning, balance, simplicity, and respect for real food.

Now living in Australia, we decided to turn those cherished memories into a reality. Together, we created Brazilian Skewer House — not just a food business, but a tribute to our heritage. When an Engineer and an Oral Surgeon joined forces, they left behind their careers to follow a shared dream: bringing the authentic taste of Brazilian skewers, grilled over charcoal, to Australia.
