The dishes everyone seems to be ordering right now:

🐟 Market Fish – Crisp beer batter, flaky fish, salt and vinegar fries and plenty of tartare.
🥪 French Dip – Tender roast beef and melted Swiss cheese, finished with a rich dipping gravy.
🍌 French Toast Crumpets – Sweet, soft and finished with caramelised banana and salted maple sauce.
🌽 Corn Fritter – A little spicy, a little tangy and packed with charred corn and kimchi flavours.
🍳 Sausage & Egg Muffin – The breakfast muffin that somehow tastes even better than it looks.

One thing people don’t realise about Quick Brown Fox? The building itself is older than most of the streets around it. Our little sandstone cottage has been standing in Pyrmont since the 1840s, now filled with good coffee, brunch plates and plenty of stories.

The dish that's been on our menu since day one — and for good reason. 🧇

Our Waffle Benedict starts with a house-made sourdough potato waffle. Crisp on the outside, pillowy through the middle. Topped with sautéed spinach, free range poached eggs, ham off the bone, and a hollandaise that ties the whole thing together.

No English muffin. No shortcuts. Just a better benedict.
