Better than your favourite burger!
Named after & for the man himself Joe, our “Joe’s 50/50 Burger” is a 200g patty of O’Connor chuck and Sovereign lamb leg, ground and blended together.
The beef brings structure and juiciness, the lamb adds richness and depth, giving the burger a more savoury flavour than beef alone.
Finished with Ossau Iraty, caramelised onions, mustard and a crunchy pickle on top, in a Humble Bakery soft milk bun.
The only thing that’d make this better is eating it with our beer battered onion rings.
