Your Sydney Celebrant-Catherine Kennedy Weddings, Commitments and Same S*x Ceremonies, Renewal of Vows and Baby Namings. You can have as much input into your ceremony, or you can leave it up to me.

Each ceremony is unique and it it always an honour and a privilege to be part of these special and intimate moments in peoples lives. Your ceremony should be a reflection of you as a couple and of your relationship, because EVERY relationship is different!

-You may have known each other for 3 months or 10 years....

-You may have children together or children from a previous relationships...

-You may already be married wishing to declare your unending love for each other at a special wedding anniversary or.....just because you can! No matter what type of ceremony you would like, I will guide you along every step of the way. Ben and Emma’s beautiful wedding at Crown Plaza Hawkesbury Valley. ❤️❤️.

We needed to use the back up plan ⛈️ in The Chapel and wow… what a back up plan! The Chapel 💒 is gorgeous and perfect for the indoor option.
We did get smashed by a storm ⛈️ and stuck inside for an extra 30 min after the ceremony, but we were nice and dry throughout. 👍😊
Congratulations to Ben and Emma 🥂and not forgetting their 4 month Baby Finlay who was the most perfect, and quiet guest, for the ceremony. 💙

Sometimes, less really is more… 💕

For Damien and Jazmyn, all they needed was a beautiful beach backdrop, a handful of their favourite people, a little luck with the weather ☁️☀️, and of course, me….their celebrant! 😊

With fingers and toes crossed, the rain stayed away and delivered the perfect setting for a simple, heartfelt ceremony by the sea. 🌊🏖️

Who says a beautiful wedding has to cost a fortune? 💰

Mary and Rhoderick have proved the opposite.

With the cost of living climbing, more couples are choosing to spend wisely, and this gorgeous beach wedding at Oak Park, is the perfect example.

Everything you see here was designed and made by Mary herself. ✨
The ceremony setup came together in under five minutes, right before my eyes, and looked absolutely stunning.
And can we talk about that bouquet? 💐
Instead of a traditional bouquet, Mary created a beautiful floral hoop bouquet, that slipped over her wrist. It stayed with her throughout the ceremony, leaving both hands free for vows, rings and all those beautiful moments. Such a clever idea! 👏

After marrying hundreds of couples over the past 17 years, I’ve learnt something…
Your guests won’t remember whether your chairs cost $10 or $100 each.

They won’t remember expensive styling or the little details you stressed over.

What they’ll remember is how you looked at each other. ❤️

How you laughed. ❤️

How you cried.❤️

How your love made everyone else feel.❤️
A wedding doesn’t need to be expensive to be unforgettable. ❤️

Some weddings are all about keeping things beautifully simple. ❤️

Kate and Wal celebrated their picture perfect wedding in the stunning Sunken Garden at Royal Sydney Golf Club. Tucked away in this peaceful little oasis, it felt like they were a world away from the hustle and bustle of the Sydney C*D.

Peter and Field’s beach wedding at Oak Park this afternoon. The wind tested us a few times, but nothing was going to stop these two having their wedding, either just some family and friends to celebrate with.

And great work from the team at …..they certainly knew how to anchor down the beautiful circle arbor…. It was not going anywhere in that wind. 👍🏻

Today’s ceremony for Cassandra and Zach was a beautiful little prelude to their big celebration in Bali in a few months ✨☀️

Today was just the two of them, their gorgeous daughter 💕 their fur baby 🐕 a small group of special witnesses, and the stunning backdrop of Oak Park. With the autumn sunshine shining down ☀️ it almost felt like we were already on a little island paradise 🏝️
