Geisha Haus Geisha Haus is also, of course, Sydney first floating Japanese restaurant/Bar ,private event space and will be some repute at that.

Serving up Japanese dishes with a contemporary twist, featuring nigiri, sashimi and all the big sushi hitters. What sets Geisha Haus apart though, is the integration of all two elements, the sushi is the staple and the restaurant space itself the stage, set with Sydney Harbour views . Molecular gastronomy has been all the rage for a few years now, but few people have tried to adapt the techniques

to food . Fewer still have tried to combine the theatre of molecular gastronomy with a traditional Japanese food , takes the traditions of the geisha and applies their logic to a modern Japanese restaurant and bar. Don’t expect the scientific approach to get in the way of a good time though – their idea is all about fun, theatre and flavour.
