Sole Trading Cake Lady On A Mission! Alas, like so many of us, COVID-19 forced a change in direction !

I started this project in 2017 as a self run home based business - selling at Glebe Market, taking personal orders for delivery, supplying cafes, making wedding cakes, as well as custom orders. Whether it be vegan, sugar free, gluten free, raw, savory or classic, I have always been up for any tantalizing, tasty and tricky culinary endeavor! It led me to begin a Cert IV in patisserie, which I’m now

half way through. The skills and knowledge I’ve gained (and will continue to) have opened my eyes to the glorious world of cakes and the like. I’m so excited to constantly improve my products and broaden my abilities. Due to my studies, my take-on of orders and deliveries has been limited.
