In the face of the COVID-19 outbreak and during this time of uncertainty, we would like to reassure that the health and safety of our guests and Team members continues to be our highest priority.

To ensure that we maintain a safe environment, we have implemented the following additional measures to reduce the spread and risk of COVID-19:

* Increased frequency of cleaning procedures including sanitising of all surfaces, equipment and contact points.
* Reinforced adherence to stringent hygiene practices around food and beverage service through daily Team meetings and the display of NSW Government posters and graphics.
* Diligent monitoring of Team member health and wellbeing with Team members explicitly instructed to stay home if presenting flu-like symptoms or fever.
* Additional venue cleaning services scheduled between regular cleans to guard against possible contamination.
* Closely monitoring and strictly adhering to all developing guidelines and recommendations relating to COVID-19, set forth by the NSW Ministry of Health.

While we will remain vigilant, rest assured we are taking all necessary precautions and aim to continue service to all our valued customers until the Australian Government instructs otherwise.
