It’s always the details that stay with you. The first course from our Long Table Dinner at the Strand Arcade for Vivid Sydney - a deeply comforting Hen & Egg Pasta Agnolotti, with chicken, Southern Highlands black truffle and burnt butter - brought together land, craft and technique in a single bite.

Each element of the evening was shaped by the hands behind it - our producers, our kitchen, and the shared energy beneath the arches of The Strand Arcade.

That same care continues every day on Level 2, where our chefs hand-make pasta daily in our dedicated kitchen, rooted in Italian heritage - from Ravioli di Magro to Bucatini Neri and Agnolotti Piemontesi.

For one night, the table stretched through The Strand Arcade for - a shared celebration of NSW Icons of Land & Sea.

Beneath the historic arches, the evening came alive with exceptional produce, generous conversation, and the passion of those who grow, harvest and craft what we serve.

It was a celebration of the people behind the plate - our growers, farmers, fishers, cheesemakers and winemakers - whose dedication shapes every dish and every glass at Pendolino.

To our guests, producer partners, collaborators and the entire Pendolino team, thank you for being part of something truly special.

For one night only, Chef & Proprietor Nino Zoccali will bring together some of NSW’s most exceptional producers for our sold out Long Table Dinner: NSW Icons of Land & Sea.

From the makers behind every pour and every plate, this dinner is a celebration of provenance, craftsmanship and the extraordinary produce of NSW.

Set beneath the historic architecture of The Strand Arcade, guests will experience a menu shaped by the relationships, ingredients and regional stories that continue to inspire the Pendolino kitchen.
