Our oysters are Sydney Rocks, the prawns are Tasmanian and the Moreton Bay bugs come from Queensland. The eye fillet is Southern Prime pasture fed. Fish comes from suppliers around Australia and New Zealand, and the best of it each day goes up on the blackboard.

Melbourne Cup lunch is locked in for Tuesday 3 November 🏇

It's three courses, starting with a Prosecco or tap b**r. Entrees include the salt & pepper squid and the seared Hokkaido scallops. For mains, the eye fillet comes with béarnaise and chips, or there's snapper pie or the fish of the day. Dessert is tiramisu, sticky date or pavlova.

Danen's on the mic for the day. We'll have the race on the screens, plus sweeps and prizes.

Bookings are filling up for our one-night-only anniversary dinner this Thursday. Join us to celebrate 20 years of Garfish Manly with a menu of our most-loved dishes and a glass of ch*****ne on arrival.

Start with a tasting plate of our favourite entrées, choose from signature mains including our Snapper Pie and whole baby snapper with three flavour sauce, then finish with something sweet. Enjoy two and a half hours overlooking Manly Harbour, with our full drinks list available or BYO for $20 corkage.

Fish and chips taste better by the water. We don’t make the rules. Ours is fried crisp in an aged, locally crafted b**r batter, served with tartare and plenty of lemon.
