Because slow-cooked beef cheeks > your average steak.

Add beer-braised onions, fire-roasted capsicum, smoky BBQ glaze, a toasted Brickfields hoagie and pepper cheese gravy and you’ve got yourself a very good sandwich.

And it all starts with 300g of chicken, crumbed and fried to a crisp. Then comes the Napolitana, shaved ham and plenty of mozzarella.
