FRENCH ONION SOUP
As the evenings cool, there are few pleasures more comforting than a classic French onion soup enjoyed on the Bon Vin terrace.

Slowly caramelised onions are simmered into a rich, deeply flavoured broth and finished with a golden Gruyère crouton, creating a dish that is both timeless and unmistakably French.
