Before you judge it… hear me out 👀🍜 Assam Laksa is THAT underrated order. It’s got a tangy, spicy fish broth that’s lowkey addictive 🤤🌶️ mixed with thick rice noodles, fresh herbs, cucumber, pineapple and a little prawn paste for the ultimate flavour bomb 💥🍍.

It’s sour, spicy, savoury and refreshing all at once… literally one bite and you’ll get the hype. Don’t knock it till you’ve tried it 😮‍💨🔥
