Some experiences stay with you long after you leave. For our team, their recent visit to the Northern Territory with the Clontarf Foundation is one they will remember for life.
While the NT’s landscape is undeniably breathtaking, it was the chance to connect, share experiences, and spend time with local Clontarf Academies and alumni that made the greatest impact.
Through our long-standing partnership with our local Endeavour Academy, we’re fortunate to regularly see the outstanding work of Clontarf in our own community and it was amazing to witness this in the NT as well. We were continually inspired by the boys’ spirit, leadership and connection to country and how the Academies empower them to shape their future and give back to their communities.
From camping under the stars to cooking post-training BBQs, supporting the Territory Cup with scorekeeping, water and snacks, and spending time with alumni, every conversation and shared moment left a lasting impression on our team.
To the students and leaders from the Jabiru and Katherine Academies, and to all the boys who participated in the Territory Cup (Top End North + South, Central & Arnhem), thank you for your warmth, generosity, and for making us feel so welcome.
A special thank you to Ryan Friend (Clontarf Communications & Events Manager) and Ryan Woolfe (Clontarf NSW Zone Manager) for organising and leading such an unforgettable experience.
