For many of you, Matt is the face behind Lilli Pilli Patisserie. The early mornings, the long days, the big ideas and the passion that keeps this place growing.

What many people don’t see is the countless hours, sacrifices and hard work that go into running a small business, and Matt gives his all to ensure Lilli Pilli continues to be a place our community loves.
