Our Chawan Musihi- steamed egg custard topped with sweet king prawn and briny salmon roe

Firefly Squid Karaage - crispy, tender and full of umami. Gold fried perfection with a squeeze of lemon.

Indigo Croquette - cheese, spinach and king oyster mushroom. Golden crispy on the outside, soft and savoury on the inside.

Indigo’s Japanese Super Bowl - a powerhouse of textures and flavours in one bowl. Featuring natto, okra, seasoned enoki, stringy seaweed, creamy onsen eggg and a topping of Japanese yam paste
