41 years ago, Tony and Silvana opened the doors of Alfresco with a simple idea: serve honest Italian food, made with passion, warmth and tradition.

Since then, that vision has never changed.
Every pasta, every sauce, every service and every detail still carries the legacy they created together.

Today, we’re proud to continue that story, honoring the people, the passion and the traditions that made Alfresco what it is today.
