During our recent visit to Fish House Steak & Grill we had the absolute pleasure in trying:

"100g Sanchoku Pure Wagyu Rib Fillet MB10+,
400+ Day Grain Fed, QLD"

As apart of their tasting menu.

I can get obsessed with food somtimes. Like when I bought a mincer to make my own hamburger patties using combos of different cuts of beef. So Steak has been a bit of an obsession for the past 6 months. But I've never had the chance to eat such a quality cut of beef before, and I have to tell you it was phenomenonal.

I want to try the wagyu taster, I think that would be quite an experience. Go check them out.
