One World Food Truck Foodtruck with an open mind thats driven by passion and fueled by flavour One World Food Truck is the creation of chef Jason Sierra.

With a Spanish background he focuses on Spanish/Latin food however don’t be surprised if One World lives up to its name by serving up wonderful Italian fare or suprises you with a spicy curry night, it’s a food truck with an open mind that’s fuelled by flavour and driven by passion. Food truck research… it’s a tough job, but someone had to do it!

A little throwback to London, where naturally we spent a fair bit of time checking out the street food scene. Trucks, markets, queues, sizzling grills and plenty of ideas being mentally filed away for later.

One of our favourite things about travelling is seeing how people around the world do street food. Different flavours, different styles, same idea: great food, no fuss and plenty of flavour.

Consider it research for One World… the delicious kind.
