Introducing our June release… The Longanisa Carbonara.

House-made spaghetti, Longanisa (Filipino sweet garlic sausage), egg yolk, pecorino and black pepper.

A dish that honours the soul of a classic Carbonara while embracing the bold, sweet and savoury flavours of the Philippines.

After 3 wonderful years, it’s time for us to say goodbye to our beautiful Sally ❤️

Sally has been so much more than a team member. Her warmth, kindness and genuine care for our guests have made her the reason so many people return to Verona time and time again.

She has brought so much love, laughter and heart to our team, and while we’re sad to see her go, we’re incredibly excited for her as she starts a new career adventure.

Thank you, Sally, for everything you’ve given to Verona. You’ll always be part of the Verona family ❤️
