The cake our customers are currently obsessed with! We recently had a request for a whole chocolate hojicha cake in its original layered style, so we asked on our stories if you’d like to see it return & the response was an overwhelming yesss.

So here we are. Our eight layer chocolate hojicha cake with four layers of ultra moist chocolate cake and four layers of rich hojicha ganache, now back in our cabinets.

We didn’t think anything could rival our purin cheesecake, but our sticky date pudding might just be its closest contend...

We didn’t think anything could rival our purin cheesecake, but our sticky date pudding might just be its closest contender. A lighter interpretation of the classic with a beautifully soft, airy crumb, served warm with a generous pour of miso butterscotch. Deeply comforting and wonderfully moreish.

The true underdog of our dessert menu, with purin cheesecake and sticky date pudding having long since become the favourites. Served warm, it’s somewhere between a rich chocolate brownie and mochi, with dark chocolate chips studded throughout.
