🍷🍷🍷 Apéritif & Co. has been awarded 3 Glasses in Australia’s W**e List of the Year Awards 2026. The w**e list is led by Kasia Sobiesiak. We are proud to celebrate our team’s care and commitment, and look forward to sharing our list with you. 🎉
In the village of Summer Hill, where a vibrant renaissance is unfolding, Apéritif & Co. emerges as more than a new hospitality venture - it's a celebration of the artistry, connection, and culture that defines Sydney's Inner West. All in the spirit of timeless European aperitivo hour.
In its debut year, our venue was awarded Best W**e List - 50 W**es and received Three Goblets at the 2025 Australian W**e List of the Year Awards, recognising its distinctive approach to w**e and hospitality. The w**e list was created by Kasia Sobiesiak and is carefully overseen by owner Camille Bahier.
Our selection of w**es is deeply rooted in Europe’s great drinking traditions, moving from England to Georgia through Ch*****ne, Sicily, Slovakia and Tokaj, while also showcasing progressive Australian producers alongside small growers, skin-contact w**es, pét-nats and low-intervention styles. Aperitifs, absinthe fountains, spritzes, vermouths and European-inspired cocktails complete the experience, all matched by European-inspired food, generous sharing plates, and the warm, casual atmosphere of a true neighbourhood bar designed for long afternoons and convivial evenings.
