To the customer today that evidently called to make a fake order from The High Street Phone Box totalling over $150 of food…

We’re really hoping this was an honest mistake ❤️

But just a gentle reminder, when phone orders aren’t collected or paid for, it genuinely impacts small businesses like ours. That’s food prepared, staff time used, and ingredients wasted that we can’t get back.

We’re not a big franchise. We’re a local family business doing our best every day.

Unfortunately, if this continues to happen with phone orders, we will need to start sending payment links prior to preparing orders, or payment to be made over the phone at time of ordering. We don’t want to go down that path, but we will if we have to.

Thanks to those that support us day in, day out - you all know who you are 🫶
