Breakfasts, brunches, coffees, sweet treats, platters and plenty of deliciousness flying out of the Brinx kitchen.

Our dine-in days are Friday • Saturday • Sunday • Monday, with breakfast + brunch from 7am.

A little heads-up for tomorrow 🩷 we’ve got a big catering order of mini grazers heading out to one of our beautiful local wineries 🍇✨ so breakfast service may wrap up a little earlier than usual, at around 10am.

If you’re planning on joining us tomorrow, we recommend getting in early and booking ahead. 💚

Our beautiful Stanthorpe has officially been crowned Australia’s Top Tourism Town for 2026 🏆 and to see our little family-owned Brinx included in Urban List’s guide to the best of Stanthorpe & the Granite Belt is pretty bloody special. 🥹

“Consistently banging classic brunches” AND a shout-out to our raved-about French toast… we’ll absolutely take that. 😂👏

We’ve been doing our thing here in Stanthorpe for 15 years, and we’re incredibly proud to be a tiny part of what makes this region so special. 🥰
