01-02. Angel Cake with Rosella Icing —
Two tone meringue, finger lime, rosella icing, garnished with fresh muntries and edible fowers
Dairy-free.

03-04. Chocolate Cake with Davidson Plum —
Two textured moist chocolate cake with rich Davidson plum compote and chocolate decoration

05. Geraldton Wax Cheesecake — Baked cheesecake with desert lime and strawberry gum biscuit, ermine cream, agar jelly bubbles, garnished with Geraldton Wax sprig and rose petals

06. Hibiscus Cake —
Hibiscus sponge cake, raspberry gel, hibiscus marshmallow, ermine cream, a chocolate crunch base garnished with candied hibiscus and edible flowers

07. Paperbark Cake —
Inspired by the eucalyptus tree in look and flavour with eucalypt caramel, smoked chocolate ganache, macademia, white kunzea honey and garnished with a spice mix circle, saltbush seeds, ground wattleseed, honeycomb and a drizzle of white kunzea honey
