We arrange everything from service staff, crockery, cutlery, and glassware for your own venue to events at our own fully serviced venues complete with conference facilities - in fact everything you need for a successful catered event. Located just 5kms from the Brisbane CBD within the grounds of the University of Queensland, St Leo’s provides a convenient location for functions at very competitive rates. These are one-off events (workshops, training, formal dinners) and conferences. You can choose from a selection of venues and rooms with natural light and air conditioning. OFF-SITE CATERING
This allows us to cater for you anywhere within the UQ Campus. St Leo's Catering staff is trained to the highest standards and it is their professionalism that ensures your event runs smoothly and efficiently. SPECIAL DIETS
We make provisions for specific dietary requests such as Halal, gluten free, vegetarian and vegan cuisine.

A little something sweet has been making its way around our neighbourhood this week.

We prepared and packed some of our favourite treats, and our Lead Caterer, Chris, headed out to personally deliver them to local businesses and introduce them to Saints Catering.

The wheels behind the meals!

Ever wondered what it takes to get Saints Catering from our kitchen to your event? It usually starts with one of these trusty vans… and a LOT of loading! 😂

Our catering vans are constantly on the move, hauling staff, equipment and all your catering needs from our kitchen to events across Brisbane.

From hot boxes and servingware to platters, tables, linen and, of course, plenty of delicious food: if it’s needed to make your event run smoothly, chances are it’s made its way into one of our vans.

They’ve tackled early morning starts, late-night pack downs, busy Brisbane traffic, tight loading zones and the occasional “how are we going to fit ALL of that in there?” moment. 😅

But they keep rolling. 🚐
Behind every beautifully presented catering setup is a whole lot of preparation, a great team, and a van that somehow manages to carry it all.

Staff? Loaded.
Equipment? Loaded.
Food? Loaded.
Ready to cater? ALWAYS. 🍽️✨

Guess who's back... by popular demand

Some menu items are just too good to say goodbye to... so we didn't. 😉

Our Portuguese Tarts are officially making their comeback!

With buttery, flaky pastry wrapped around silky baked custard and a beautifully caramelised top, these little legends were an old favourite and we simply couldn't resist bringing them back.

On Friday our Saints Catering crew traded serving guests for giving our vans a well-earned refresh.

Because great catering isn’t just about what happens on the plate, it’s about the preparation, organisation and care that happens behind the scenes too.

Thank you to our amazing team for always going above and beyond.. even when the job involves a little water and a sponge! 👏
