We’re not serving just yet, but behind the scenes we’re busy perfecting every recipe while we wait for our food truck to be finalised and ready for service.

This is not your average chilli topping. Our traditional homemade Texas-style chilli is rich, hearty, slow-cooked, and packed with bold flavour — made with quality ingredients and the kind of care we want in every spud we serve.

We’re creating generous, comforting, flavour-packed loaded spuds that are worth the wait, and this is just one of the delicious recipes we’ve been working on. We can’t wait to bring proper comfort food to Brisbane.
