Our definition of freshness is more than just farm fresh handpicked veggies or daily fresh-baked bread, we also care about how long it takes to deliver the food after it’s done. We don’t want the hot burgers to dry up or the salad wraps getting soggy because they stay in the bain marie or fridge for too long. Freshness is all about time! Once the foods are mode, we want our delivery drivers to start the engine straight away and make sure the foods are delivered when they are still fresh.
