There comes a time in every family when there is a passing of the guard from one generation to the next. staple Noodle Kingdom and the Sze family, as daughter Tiffy formally takes the reins from father Sze Kwok Wai. Referencing her Chinese heritage and the father for who the new restaurant is named, Mr Kwok maintains all that was loved about the former Noodle Kingdom (including the famous Brisket

noodle soup) with the introduction of the quirks and tastes of the Melbourne city that has shaped her. Referencing family recipes and Gansu Cuisine from the inland North Western region of China alongside fresh influences from Melbourne, Mr Kwok will offer handmade dumplings and noodles pulled to order till 3.30am weekdays and 5am weekends.
