Cascade Black Ale Banquet 🕯

Feast by firelight in one of Hobart’s most historic buildings. Our Brewery Bar, once the founder’s residence, dates back to the early 1800s, when Cascade first began its story.

Now, it’s your turn to become part of that story.

Join us on Monday 15 June from 6:30pm for a decadent winter feast celebrating the rich flavours of the season. Indulge in a feed-me-style menu showcasing Tasmanian produce, perfectly complemented by a glass of hearty Stout.
