The inspiration behind Bagel Burger was that all my life my parents have been giving me bagels for breakfast as some days replacing it for a slice of toast. In some recent years I went to New York City, where I fell in love with everything in it and about it. But it was interesting on breakfast menus they would have bagels on it, but is wasn't just plan bagels, these were bagels with the insides of a burger. As this is where I got inspiration from. As everywhere you go now there is a burger joint, but now there is a new experience to be had in Brisbane, at Bagel burger.
