The end of the year always seems to arrive faster than I expect. With projects wrapping up, new ones starting, and that familiar pressure to get everything finished before Christmas.
So lately I’ve been deliberately making room to slow down. That looks like a puzzle on the dining table, catching up with friends I’ve been meaning to see for months, and long walks while the spring air is still soft and sweet. It also means playing with materials I love, just for myself. No brief attached - just exploring material combinations that work beautifully together - one of the quickest ways I know to keep my creativity flowing.
Next week I’m heading down to Melbourne for a sourcing trip. Showrooms, makers and new pieces I’ve been waiting to see in person. I’ll share along the way in stories if you’d like to come too.
If you’re looking to renovate or build early-mid next year, now is the time to get in touch and start the design process with me, as beautiful design doesn’t happen overnight ✨
