🌿🚙 June Long Weekend Adventure 🚙🌿
(Not a lot of photos taken as it was just an enjoy the moment type of weekend)

What a fantastic weekend away at Willangi Bush Escapes with the Southern 4WD Club!

We were treated to incredible weather – sunny days, crisp cold nights, and plenty of laughs shared around the campfire. The campground was outstanding; clean, tidy, well-maintained, complete with fire rings and arguably the best drop loo you’ll ever find in the bush!

The 4WDing was just as memorable. With three maps of tracks to explore, there was no shortage of adventure. Some tracks hadn’t seen much traffic in a while, so it felt like we were helping remap the route as we went. Challenging, rewarding, and a whole lot of fun.

Sometimes all you need is a few days away from the everyday grind. Great company, great tracks, campfires under the stars, and plenty of time to recharge.

A truly soul-refuelling weekend. Thanks to everyone who made it such a great trip. Already looking forward to the next adventure! 🔥🏕️🚙

True Grit SA 2026 – Barossa
A huge thank you to for hosting such an incredible event!

What an amazing day filled with teamwork, support, mud, laughter… and even more laughter 😆

This year definitely brought a different challenge — plenty of mud, and lots of it! A big change from the sand and silt of previous years, but we loved every minute of it.

A massive thank you to our team at for bringing the energy, encouragement, and fun that made the day so memorable. Proud of every single one of you 💪

We packed up, hit the road, and kicked off our camping adventures 🚐🏕️
Sharing so many stories, memories & laughs with friends and family along the way 🥰

🎄 Christmas in Naracoorte, SA
🌿 Camping along the Glenelg River (Pritchards Landing), VIC
🎆 New Year in Halls Gap, Grampians VIC
🌊 Bimbi Park – Otways National Park / Great Ocean Road VIC
🏡 And Penola, SA on the way home

We stopped and explored so many amazing places along the way (including but definitely not limited to 🤣):
• Little Desert SA/VIC
• Mt Gambier SA
• Canoeing the Glenelg River 🚣
• Dartmoor Swimming Hole 💦
• Portland & Port Fairy VIC
• Grampians VIC
• Feeding the cheetahs at Halls Gap Zoo 🐆
• Walked & 4x4’d countless tracks and waterfalls
• Timboon – distillery, ice creamery & lolly shop 🍦🍬
• Mini golf at Bimbi Park ⛳
• So many koalas 🐨 and possums
• Beach days & rock pools at Blanket Bay 🌊
• Otways waterfalls, rainforest walks & very old, towering trees 🌳
• Zip-lining & tree climbing at the Otways Adventure Park

• Penola SA

We’re home now and getting ready for 2026 🎉
