Yesterday, all our cakes were completely SOLD OUT! And for the first time ever, everything was gone. 🥹🙏

Good thing I listened to my instinct and asked our pastry chef to prepare more cake displays beforehand.

We sold:
✨ 2 whole Ube Matcha Cakes
✨ 1 whole Ube Macapuno Cake
✨ 1 tub of Ube Yema
✨ and even the last sliced Yema cake didn’t stand a chance. One lovely customer bought everything that was left!

She even wished there was more available, for her other friends. Moments like this truly make our hearts happy. Not only because of the sales, but because it means more people are getting to try and enjoy our cakes. That kind of support means everything to us. ❤️

“Pabili” is such a beautiful and common part of Filipino culture, especially for those living in areas with fewer options for the food we crave and miss from home.

So if you’re planning to order cakes for “pabili” or pasalubong, please send us a message ahead of time so we can prepare and cater to your cravings properly. 😊

PS: This lovely lady was actually one of the guests from our yesterday’s catering, for her friend’s daughter’s christening. She said the cake disappeared in no time, and she was still craving more, so she asked where she could buy it. 🥹

To all the matcha lovers out there. Our pastry chef has done it again. ✨

Introducing our Matcha Ube Cake 💚💜
A beautifully balanced blend of earthy matcha and sweet, nostalgic ube that truly tastes like home.

This cake was actually unplanned. We were supposed to make our own housemade halaya, but unfortunately ube/taro wasn’t available in our local grocery stores. Thankfully, we had some matcha powder stocked in the kitchen, and by God’s wisdom and creativity, our pastry chef combined the flavors, had the impression and this beautiful cake happened. 🙏✨

This cake is now on display.

Honestly, I’m so proud of this creation because it turned out incredibly delicious. And coming from someone who isn’t really a cake fan, that says a lot. 🥹

Our pastry chef’s cakes always make us feel at home, comforting, familiar, and made with love. 💖
