Due to short staffing, Mr. Edwin’s Cafe will be temporarily closing our DINNER SERVICE until further notice.

While we are finalising our next steps, we will keep you updated regarding the resumption of our Dinner Service.

We sincerely apologise for any inconvenience this may cause and truly appreciate your understanding and continued support. ❤️

We are doing our best to manage our team while maintaining the quality of food and service that you deserve.

You can visit us during our breakfast and lunch services.

🍽️ Breakfast: 7:00 AM – 11:00 AM
🍽️ Lunch: 11:00 AM – 3:30 PM

P.S. For the time being, we may consider accepting private functions and bookings during our dinner hours. We’ll share more details once everything is finalised. 🥂✨

That’s what keeps him entertained while he patiently works through the process! 😅

And if you order our Crispy Pata, please allow around 20–25 minutes of waiting time. This final step is important because we want to make sure the skin is perfectly crispy and golden before it reaches your table.

Because when it comes to Crispy Pata, we don’t want to rush it.

The wait is part of the process, and trust us, that crispy skin is worth it! 🐷🔥

This morning, some of our regular customers gave us the encouragement we needed without even realising it. ❤️

They shared how much they enjoy our food, café, and social media posts, and told us stories about their workmates’ experiences with us. Listening while making coffee left us feeling truly motivated and inspired.

Our first year as business owners has been tiring. We’re still learning, making mistakes, and trying to keep up with everything. But moments like this remind us why we keep going and help us appreciate how far we’ve come.

Every visit, order, recommendation, kind word, smile, and suggestion means more than you know. Your support makes the journey feel lighter and gives us the opportunity to keep learning and improving.

We feel truly privileged to serve you and be part of this community. We hope every coffee, meal, and visit brings you even a little of the happiness and comfort you give us.

Have you tried our Sweet Potato Chips yet? 🍠✨

Lately, we’ve been getting so many takeaway orders for them, and even our Uber Eats Australia drivers have been busy picking up and delivering! 😍 Some tables even order three serves at once! 😂

We’re not quite sure what makes them so special… after all, they’re just sweet potato! 🍠 But maybe it’s the way Mr. Edwin cooks them, with care, patience, and a little bit of love. ❤️And of course, served with Mr. Edwin’s house-made aioli! 🤤

We’re so happy that something so simple can bring you comfort and make your day a little better.

🙏🏼 An answered prayer.

Being able to bake, cook home-cooked food, and turn our passion into a business is something we’re truly grateful for.

Today, we’re sharing our version of P**o Cheese, soft, fluffy, and filled with cheesy goodness. 🇵🇭🧀 A simple Filipino favourite that reminds us of home and something we love to share with our family and friends.

It’s been tiring, but deeply fulfilling. There are long days and busy moments, but being able to create, serve, and share food that we love makes it all worth it.
