Dear lovely customers,

The cost of living is steadily rising in Australia and around the world, and everything in our life is going up. As an All You Can Eat Japanese restaurant, we got many unprecedented challenges through those 3 years. Lockdowns, ingredients costs, labour costs, transportation costs and other relevant costs made our business hard during the pandemic. And we’re aware that everyone and every business might experience the same or similar difficulties since then.

As a business for families and locals, we have never forgotten to pay tribute to those who stood by us through thick and thin. We are grateful for the customers’ support and patronage every day of the year.

In appreciation of our customers, we’ve decided that as of Sunday 18 Dec 2022, we are removing the Sunday surcharges applied to customers. Even if applying Sundays Surcharges to customers has become a trend in hospitality industry these days, we still decide to remove it and pay back to our customers.

Although it might become tougher for us, we are still ecstatic and proud to be able to contribute good deeds for the cause that is dear to our hearts. We’ll commit to providing the best service and high-quality ingredients to our lovely customers and make every effort to optimise our operations as always.

Much appreciated to our lovely customers for the ongoing support and trust. And hope you all can share happiness with family and friends over a meal and have a good time at every Okami outlet.

Yours Sincerely,
Okami Japanese Restaurant
