A new chapter on the Bay

We’re thrilled to welcome Doltone House as our hospitality partner for dining and events, from Monday 2 November.

Born in southern Sydney, Doltone is behind some of Sydney’s most memorable dining and event experiences. Now they’re joining us on the shores of Botany Bay, just in time for our 100th birthday in 2027.
