At The Wired Owl Coffee Co we are passionate....passionate about serving you the prefect coffee every time and passionate about providing a relaxed and enjoyable experience. Offering both a house blend and rotating single origin coffees, we are sure to have a brew that will excite your senses. Espresso is our main focus however we also specialise in other brewing methods that highlight an endless

array of flavours. We have many Gluten Friendly options as well as a variety of healthier treats. Our location is ideal for a quick catch up with friends in our quaint shop or maybe a takeaway coffee before you head down to the waterfront or Moora Park with the kids.

To our valued Owlers,

We appreciate you all more than you know, the smiles you bring in the door, the laughter we hear in the courtyard, the stories and the loyal community that makes The Owl who we are!

This has been along time coming and it isn’t easy, over the next few days you will notice a slight change to our pricing across the store.

As you may know, the past year has brought numerous challenges for our industry, including rising costs of products and increasing operational expenses. These pressures, along with shifts in the global economic environment, have prompted us to carefully evaluate our pricing structure.
After thoughtful consideration and trying to avoid price changes to where they seem fit for the past 2 years, we have determined that a price adjustment is necessary to keep the shop running & to continue to serve our coffee to the standard we both enjoy & expect.

Once again, we extend our sincere appreciation for your continued support and loyalty. We will continue to find ways to keep costs down for now by making a few small changes here and there but we love our shop, we love our customers and we love what we bring to the community.

Meet Katelyn👋

Our Wired Owl Manager

Katelyn started with us a little under 2 years ago now. First she was a customer, she loved to come in for a chat & a long black. Before we knew it she was standing behind the counter taking your orders and becoming the Manager 😂

She brings dedication, and a positive attitude to the team, she’s always up for a challenge and gives her all everyday.
We are so grateful to have her apart of The Wired Owl family.

If Katelyn’s not hard at it making coffees and making sure the shop is running smoothly, shes probably enjoying being involved in her Waterpolo commitments, smashing it out at the gym or going on long walks with her pumpkin Winnie 🐶

Fun fact: If there’s a conversation about fitness, dogs, or waterpolo, Katelyn is definitely your person! 💪🌊🐾

Who has noticed Sophie absolutely smashing it on milk the last few weeks? 👏
She’s now working 5 days a week & she’s locked in & focused on improving her latte art! ☕️
Sophie is the type of worker who locks in, gets the job done and no messing about! She says it straight & we love that about her!
We are so lucky to have her as part of the team and we can’t wait to see her continue smashing it on milk!

The Wired Owl is looking for an experienced barista to join our team.

Community is very important to us at the Owl; it is what makes us who we are. That being said, we are looking for someone who is not only friendly, reliable and tidy, but someone who can efficiently pump out quality coffee while still enjoying a chat with our wonderful customers.

⁃ Roughly 20 hours a week (these hours may increase for the right person)

⁃ Pouring our own custom blend “Two Hoots” by , and a rotating single origin.

⁃ You will be working with a 3 group San Remo F18, 2 x Mahlkonig grinders (E80S and E65S) a Mahlkonig EK 43, a Perfect Moose automatic milk steamer, Acaia Lunar scales and a Puk Press.

⁃ Simple cabinet food only- mostly sweet treats so minimal food preparation and handling.

⁃ Must be competent in latte art. We are known for our beautiful latte art!

⁃ Must be confident dialling in coffee and making adjustments to grinders to work within our parameters.

- We are a close, little team, who love making good coffee for our large group of regulars who are pretty much family to us as we have been serving some of them for over 10 years now!
